Bookings:
Our Bike Park is open on: Wednesday 10:00 - 17:00 , Thursday 10:00 - 17:00, Friday 10:00 - 17:00, Saturday 10:00 - 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 17:00
Birthday parties must be booked at least one week in advance.
Party capacity: minimum 10 children with a maximum of 20 children.
The duration of a party is limited to three hours and can be booked either in the morning between 10am - 12pm or in the afternoon between 1pm - 5pm.
Costs:
The cost per child is R200, which includes a R75 access fee to the Bike Park and Kiddies Party Snack Box.
Only a limited number of bicycles and skateboards are available - we advise riders to bring their own gear. A limited number of P-Bikes for the Pump Track is available to rent at R150 for two hours.
A 12.5% service fee will be added to any party bill.
Exclusive use of the Bike Park can be booked at a R7500 venue rental fee.
Food Options:
For children: a Kiddies Party Snack Box that includes a Juice Box fruit juice, soft cheese portion, cheese & tomato sandwich, chewy sweets, a packet of crisps and giant choc chip cookie.
For adults: pre-booking of platters is recommended. Platter options for two people are: Mezze Platter, Cheese Platter or a Mediterranean Platter for 2. Pricing available on request. Other beverages (including wine and beer) can also be pre-ordered and will be ready to enjoy on arrival.
Rules:
Every rider or their parent/guardian if they are under 18, must sign our Exclusion of Liability and Indemnity to gain access to the Bike Park.
No helmet no ride.
Closed shoes are compulsory on the Pump Track.
You may bring your own décor, paper plates and paper/ bio-degradable cups, to be disposed of after use in designated bins.
No outside food is allowed in the Bike Park, except for party cakes and cupcakes. On market days (Saturdays and Sundays) you may purchase food from our Family Market to enjoy in the Bike Park.
